The Fat Attack Training Routine

Fat Attack Activity Weekend HolidaysEach training session at Fat Attack runs for 90-120mins, with each course as challenging as the next one to keep your heat pumping, activities can include: pad works, running/ interval training, kettlebell training, Nordic walking, SAQ, circuit training, tabata, core training, resistance training, fell running, assault course, climbing, tyre challenge, tug of war, stretching and much more.

These core training sessions are intense and have been speciffically designed with the sole purpose of  increasing your fitness, burning excess fat and improving your muscle tone to result in an improved level of stamina and fitness. By the end of the weekend at Fat Attack  you will be in the condition you need to be to continue to work effectively after you leave.

The Fat Attack Instructors

All exercise and activities is carried out by the highly experienced Fat Attack Team. These are a select group of both male and female instructors who are Advanced Fitness Professionals and World Champion Fighters in Boxing, Kick Boxing and various martial arts – great activities to get in shape.

No strangers to combat style intense training and competitive discipline, all Fat Attack trainers are first aid trained and qualified in injury prevention and the art of safe exercise. Each of our Camp Co-ordinators are Experienced Sports Therapists to ensure that any knots or niggles can be dealt with straightaway to prevent injury during your stay at the camp.

Fat Attack Basic: £450

Fat Attack Rooms - Standard PackageThis is the basic, no-frills option with the emphasis on affordability so that anyone can get to experience the Fat Attack Boot Camp. The venues are simplistic and often picturesque but lend themselves well to the bare boot camp concept. Rooms are often shared  with one or more people and  can  be very basic as often bathroom and shower  facilities are generally shared.

Fat Attack Plus £650

Fat Attack Plus Rooms - Add Some More LuxuryThis is our plus option with some the subtle spa comforts that you would expect of any good 4 star style hotel: jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool and additional treatments that include massages, wraps, waxing and more which can be booked in advance, subject to availability. Each private standard room has an en-suite shower or bath with TV & internet access to ensure that you can remain in touch with the outside world if you so wish, but mobile connectivity may sometimes be a problem. Shared room discounts & upgrades are available so you can bring along a friend for some R&R available.
